✅ Play fair, stay positive, and encourage others.
✅ Respect your opponents, teammates, and organizers.
✅ Celebrate victories with humility and accept losses with grace.
✅ If you sign up for a game, show up on time. Late arrivals disrupt matches.
✅ Can’t make it? Let us know as early as possible so we can adjust.
✅ Honor your bookings. Last-minute cancellations impact the whole group.
✅ In case of last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours before a game), you are expected to find a replacement of a similar level, to avoid impacting the group.
✅ Matches are curated to ensure balance and fun for all.
✅ Be honest about your skill level. This helps create fair and competitive games.
✅ Open to feedback? Coaches and advanced players may share tips to improve!
✅ Off the court, we’re a network. Connect, support, and uplift each other.
✅ Respect all members, whether on the padel court or at social events.
✅ Invite like-minded individuals who would add value to our community.

Rally is built on trust, respect, and commitment. Members who fail to respect these guidelines (e.g., last-minute cancellations, unsportsmanlike behavior, or disrupting the community) may face:

🚫 Temporary suspension from events
❌ Permanent removal from the club in serious cases
