Welcome to Rally, an exclusive padel community where competition meets camaraderie. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we ask all members to follow these etiquette and guidelines:
Play fair, stay positive, and encourage others. Respect your opponents, teammates, and organizers. Celebrate victories with humility and accept losses with grace. Keep it clean: no foul language on or off the court. If a ball is debated in or out, there’s no need to argue or escalate. Fair play is always the rule: we simply replay the point.
If you sign up for a game, show up on time. Late arrivals disrupt matches. Can’t make it? Let us know as early as possible so we can adjust. Honor your bookings. Last-minute cancellations impact the whole group. Keep the game flowing. Long breaks between points or games leave others waiting. Be mindful of the group’s time. In case of last-minute cancellation (less than 25 hours before a game), you are expected to find a replacement of a similar level. You remain accountable until a replacement is confirmed; and if none is found by 2 hours before the game, you are expected to cover the full court fee.

✅ Be honest about your skill level. This helps create fair and competitive games.
✅ We work hard to balance every game, but perfect matching isn’t always possible. If you find yourself with less experienced players, see it as a chance to support and lift them up. That’s the true Rally spirit.
✅ Only share tips if your partner is open to feedback. The best time is after the game. Mid-game advice can break a player’s focus, especially if they didn’t ask for it.
✅ Open to feedback? Coaches and advanced players may share tips to improve!
✅ Off the court, we’re a network. Connect, support, and uplift each other.
✅ Respect all members, whether on the padel court or at social events.

Rally is built on trust, respect, and commitment. Members who fail to respect these guidelines (e.g., last-minute cancellations, unsportsmanlike behavior, or disrupting the community) may face:

🚫 Temporary suspension from events
❌ Permanent removal from the club in serious cases
